Verbena Tea combines a multitude of powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory properties, to help aid in digestion, and relieve anxiety and insomnia.
Pour 8oz. of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag.
